E-Z Record Strips
Save time and eliminate loose sheets of dictation in the patient record with E-Z Record Strips. These adhesive strips and pages can be used to print out and attach dictation to the appropriate medical history form or other record in the patient chart. E-Z Record Strips are available in continuous and laser sheet format in 1-inch, 2-inch and full page (8-1/2" x 11") lengths. Here's how they work:

Insert E-Z Record Strip into your typewriter, dot matrix or laser printer and type the entire day's dictated patient medical information. |

Print dictated notes onto E-Z Record Strips. |

Peel each strip from the backing material and attach to the appropriate patient's record. |
